1:1 Mentorship · For Women

You don't need to be technical to lead AI at your company.

I'm a woman who moved from a non-technical, functional role into driving AI adoption at a multinational. In one year, without certifications or heavy technical courses. I'd love to help you do the same.

The biggest myth about AI roles

Most women I talk to think they need to become engineers to work in AI. They don't. The most valuable AI adoption work inside companies is human work, and that's often where women are already strongest.

What people think they need

  • Be an engineer or coder
  • Have a degree in computer science
  • Master every new AI model
  • Years of IT or data experience

What actually matters

  • Empathy and strong people skills
  • Curiosity and willingness to experiment
  • Just enough technical literacy to ask good questions
  • The ability to bridge functional and technical teams
Sound familiar?

You're not behind.
You're early.

Five signs this mentorship was built for you.

  • 01

    The role

    You're in a functional seat

Marketing, HR, ops, finance, PM, consulting. And AI keeps crashing every meeting.

  • 02

    The company

Your org is figuring AI out

Adoption is starting, or stalling. You sense there's a role for you in it.

  • 03

    The brief

Told to 'just figure out AI'

No one showed you how, or where to start.

  • 04

    The room

    Boxed out of AI talks

Too technical. You stay quiet, even when you have the better idea.

  • 05

    The pivot

    Eyeing a career shift

Without grad school, bootcamps, or becoming a developer.

Your mentor at AI Lady

A quick honest hello

I'm not an AI expert. I'm a woman who figured out the next step, and I'm still learning.

A year ago, I was in a non-technical, functional role like you might be. I got curious about AI, started experimenting at work, and ended up leading AI adoption at the company I was with. Today my full-time job at a multinational is exactly that: helping the organization actually use AI.

I did it in one year, with no certifications and no heavy technical courses. Just real projects, a lot of questions, and a willingness to look a little silly while learning.

I'm not here to perform expertise. I'm here to share the path I'm still walking, so you don't have to figure it out alone.

Why women

AI adoption rewards the skills women are too often underestimated for.

Driving AI adoption inside a company is mostly listening, translating, and changing how people work. It needs people who can sit with a frustrated team, understand what they actually do all day, and gently help them try something new.

Empathy. Communication. Change management. Translating between functional and technical teams. These are the real superpowers of an AI adoption lead, and they're already in the toolkit of many of the women I talk to.

You don't need to outcode anyone. You need to be the person in the room who makes AI feel possible.

How it works

  1. 1

    Book the free 15-min call

We talk about your role, your goals, and what you'd want from mentorship. No pitch.

  2. 2

    Pick a pack that fits

From a single session to 10 hours over a few months. Start small. You can always add more.

  3. 3

Start working on your real situation

We use our time on your role, your company, your questions. You leave each session with a next step.

Questions, answered honestly.

Do I need a technical background?+

No. The whole point is that you don't. If you can have a thoughtful conversation, ask good questions, and try things, you have what you need to start.

What if I've barely used AI tools?+

That's completely fine. A lot of women I work with are in exactly that spot. We'll start where you are and move at your pace.

Are you guaranteeing me a job in AI?+

No, and I'd be skeptical of anyone who does. What I can offer is honest mentorship from someone who recently made this exact move, and the practical steps that worked for me and others.

Can my company pay for this?+

Often yes. Mentorship is a common L&D expense. I'm happy to provide an invoice and a short description of the engagement.

What happens on the free 15-minute call?+

We chat about your role and what you're trying to figure out. I'll be honest about whether I'm the right person to help. No pressure either way.

Do you work with teams or just individuals?+

Both. For teams, women's networks or ERGs, get in touch and I'll put together something that fits your context.

What's the refund policy on packs?+

Unused hours from a pack are refundable within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Still wondering if this is for you?

Let's talk for 15 minutes. If it's not a fit, I'll tell you, and you'll still walk away with one thing you can try this week.

No pressure. No pitch.
